A closely held Real Estate company is in need of
a Chief Technology officer for it's live video over the Internet. The company currently enables some Coldwell Banker Realtors to give live virtual tours of properties to prospective clients via the Internet. It also provides similar services to several Long Island, N.Y., high schools to broadcast sporting events and arts performances. The company plans to broadcast live rock concerts and provide video-broadcast capabilities for day-care and elder-care centers.

- Who is your ideal candidate for the position?
"We're definitely looking for someone with at least five years at the manager level, with a total of 10 years' experience in the field. We're looking for someone who has skills with [the] Solaris [operating system]. Not many people have the extreme knowledge that we're looking for. We want someone who wants to grow with us."
- What key responsibilities will the person have?
"We want someone who can create a working infrastructure with little or no downtime, as well as...bring some high-profile deals.... We want big entertainment and sporting clients where there's going to be a lot of people watching."
- What kind of video access will the person get?
"They do get access to all of our video broadcasting for free, of course."
